Introduction of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

As time passed, the concept of personalized therapy and the development of pediatric critical care medicine enable the establishment of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Aiming to become a safe island of children with severe diseases, we now have 6 intensive care ward beds, one of which is an independent negative pressure unit for treatment of infectious diseases. Currently, our team is composed of 15 staff, including 6 doctors and 9 nurses, working together to shape a multi-functional, modern intensive care unit for children undergoing intensive care. We also have several rotational physicians and nurses under training.

Advanced instruments, nice and clean environment, experienced medical team and specialized treatment ensure every child in PICU to experience high-quality medical services during recovery. Striking for finding the cure and better treatment, the PICU team has formed a storm shelter to save children with life-threatening diseases.
